I purchased a Bishonen House Nails from Eiko82, and she was a pleasure to work with! There were some issues due to a mistake by the postal service which resulting in the package taking a bit of a wild ride, and being incorrectly labelled as returned to sender. Eiko82 kept up communication throughout and went out of her way to contact the post and find what our options were. Due to that I was able to track down the package and had it delivered. The postal service also treated the package very poorly, but Eiko82 had packed the doll so well that he retained no damage despite the outer box/wrapping being wet and dented. I say all of this to show just how great she was to work with, and how helpful she can be. I absolutely recommend doing business with her!
