Andrea fixed up my Wolffy and Lios ears and tail for a reasonable price and they came back to me PERFECT!! I will always go back to her for anything face-up and repair! Love!!

Andrea just finished a faceup on my Dollshe Saint. This is the second commission she has done for me and I am so happy with him! I know I will be sending her more dolls.

This feedback post is going to cover my last three commissions with Elisa_maza. ^^

Commission #1: February - 3 Heads
I commissioned Elisa_maza to paint three of my Iplehouse boys ~ my Evan, Storm, and Claude; and also to mod my Claude to have small fangs. The faceups and my Claude's fang mod came out absolutely gorgeous, and were exactly what I'd asked for and was envisioning for them; Andrea did such a wonderful job of translating my descriptions and/or picture references into the finished product.

There was a slight snag on their trip home, on the part of the US Postal Service -- A delivery notice was left for the package, so it had to be picked up the next day. But the next day, the Post Master couldn't find the package anywhere in the post office. It was missing for a week before it was found (the carrier didn't put it where it was supposed to go, and had gone on vacation after the shift in which she left the delivery notice for me). Andrea was very patient and helpful when I relayed this information, and was ready to help me out if a claim needed to be filed if the package was never found. I am not certain what kind of conditions the package was kept in, but whatever they were had made the sealant go a bit wonky (it looks quite light, and almost chalky). I can recall that the weather had been rather hot and humid during the time that the package was MIA, so that may have something to do with it.

The faceups still look wonderful, but the heads do not match the bodies that they go on. All three are Iplehouse Real Skin, and the heads look like they are Normal Skin, rather than Real Skin. Andrea has painted or re-painted all of my dolls to date; and most of them are Iplehouse Real Skin, and they all match their bodies (and the same brand of sealant was used on all of them). The lightness of the heads struck us as odd, because Andrea said that they matched their head caps very closely before she sent them back to me, and agrees that the color difference between the head and body (I've only taken pictures of my Storm as of the date of this post) is quite noticeable. She's offered to re-do my boys, which I cannot thank her enough for.

Commission #2: March ~ 1 Head
I commissioned Andrea again (can you tell I love her work?), this time for my Luts Senior Delf Mia. I requested a lip mod to close up her mouth and beef up her upper lip and a faceup. Once again, the work was superb. I was unsure of this doll when she first arrived home from Luts, but the fantastic work done on her solidified her place in my crew. Still trying to find her proper look as of the date of this post, but I'm having fun trying different things on her. ^^

Commission #3: May
I also commissioned Andrea to paint my Iplehouse Isar [Real Skin], and I could not be more pleased with the result. She really does such a wonderful job of translating descriptions and picture references into the finished product! Prior to sending my girl's head to Andrea, I'd asked some questions regarding sealants (since the head I was about to send her was another Iplehouse Real Skin) and if she'd tried the Volks Zoukei-mura UV sealant on tan dolls and what her thoughts were on it. I had an unopened can sitting around at home, and asked if she'd like to try it out on my girl. So I sent it along with my girl, and the results were very good -- which made both of us happy.

As with every other transaction I've had with Andrea, I'm very pleased with how these past three went. I highly recommend her as an artist, and I've never hesitated and will not hesitate to do business with her again.

I just got back my seventh doll painted by elisa_maza, and realised I hadn't yet left feedback for any of them!

elisa_maza is lovely to work with, very professional, and does amazing work! I love each of the dolls she's done for me. She interprets my requests beautifully! The most recent faceup also included resin matching from WS to NS, and it looks so fantastic in person!

It's been a pleasure working with her each time and I can't wait to work with her again!

I approached elisa_maza about a commission that would be very specific. I wanted to a face up that would mimic an actor and told her the sculpt I had purchased in order to do so. She clearly explained what limitations there would be and how long it would take. The head returned to me extremely quick and was wrapped even better than how I sent it out. This was my first time commissioning a face up artist and it was such an excellent experience I would not hesitate to do so again. Fantastic experience!

I commissioned elisa_maza to do a faceup on my Ringdoll Sol and she truly transformed my doll; he left me as a resin head and returned as a person, with a genuine personality and a soul behind his light blue eyes. I think Andrea is secretly a magician of wondrous powers - her skills are beyond superb and she has this intuitive ability to really listen to how I want my dolls to look and what their characters are like, and then she creates EXACTLY that for me. Amazing! She is always extremely friendly, generous and helpful, and is extra prompt with all communication. This is my second doll she's breathed life into and I cannot praise her lushly beautiful painting and utterly reliable service highly enough. Thank you, thank you so much!
