Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     19. I'm sorry to have to report a negative experience with Elysion gear. I contacted her on July 11h about a Soo head she had listed on the marketplace. I paid immediately the price she had it listed at, I did not haggle or ask for a lower price at all. I never got any shipping confirmation from her. On the 31st she contacted me saying that the doll head had returned to her but that she would ship it back out if I still wanted it. I told her that I did. She told me she would ship it on Monday the 4th. Then I recieved this message from her:

      I really didn't know what to say so I asked how long she thought it would be. For a few days we pm'd back and forth about it then I got this message on the 6th:

      All settled and my doll was on the way, or so I though. Several days passed with no word until I got this message:

      This was on the 11th, 5 days after the message claiming she was sending her tommorow. Now to me this is not fair business practice. I paid the amount of money she had requested for this doll head. She kept my money for a full month and then decided that I could only have the head if I paid her double the original price for it. She has begun the refunding process, but that does not make what she did ok. She kept my money for a month and I will get nothing out of it. I just think others should be warned before getting into a transaction with her. I bought a wig and eyes for this doll that I am now unable to use, and the money that she has been holding could have been put toward another doll before this. Now I have to wait through the paypal refunding process before getting my money back. Money that she never should have kept if she didn't intend to ship the doll to me.
