Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. Mediocre Feedback for Elysion Gear:

      Elysion Gear agreed to purchase a SD13 Maki head from me on a 2-month layaway at the end of August. On 8-22-08 she sent me a PM saying:
      She asked for a second extension of another month, which I allowed. On 10-15-2008 she sent this very reasonable PM:
      I agreed, responding as such:

      To which she responded:
      As a note, by this point Elysion gear had sent no payment other than the original $50 non-refundable payment. This was an agreed upon stipulation of the transaction and has not been disputed on either side.

      10-22-2008 she sent a message saying:

      I then sent a final PM offering her three choices to either continue the transaction or terminate.

      Her final decision was to terminate the deal, which was completely within her right. In doing so she gave up the $50 deposit.

      Because she was willing to work with the original outline of the agreement I do not feel that Elysion gear deserves negative feedback, but I also cannot give positive feedback. I am aware that I may have sounded harsh at times, and I apologize for this, but being contacted 2 months into a transaction with a notification of likely termination is distressing. I am providing this information only for future seller reference, and wish Elysion Gear luck in her future purchases.

    17. Elysion Gear bought a dress from me on a short layaway (a week) at the begining of June. She made her payment as she promised by E-check and sent me the message below.
      I gave her the total based on the shipping method she asked for, but later found from the second payment that she is located in Canada. So I sent her the question below to check.
      She replied confirming that's true and said she would refund the difference.
      I told her that there would be an extra charge but trusted her promise and sent the outfit out.
      I shipped the outfit out and let her know the actual shipping charge. I got her first reply but she didn't mention anything about the shipping charge, so I asked if she would pay the difference. The answer I got from her is that she doesn't have any fund left and also she doesn't know when she can pay.

      Although the amount she owes me is small, I believe it is still important to keep her promise. I feel sorry for her difficult situation, but I'm also very disappointed for that my trust didn't get appreciated, and also her thinking that it's not fair to get a negative feedback because the amount is small. I'm leaving this information for future reference.

I purchased a Volks SD13 Boy body from Elysion Gear on layaway, she kept good communication throughout the entire transaction, and was kind enough to refund the shipping cost when she had to ship it out late. The body did arrive in the described condition, and it was packed well. I am pleased with the overall transaction, thank you very much! :)

    19. I traded a pair of Volks hands from Elysion Gear and bought her Magical Micheal outfit. The trade went quite well and the hands were as described. The outfit had a few marks on it which were not noted but they are very minor. Shipping was slightly delayed but the items were well packed. She was pleasant to deal with though at times PMs were slow to be answered.

      I would do business with her again. ^_^

    20. I have purchased a head from Elysion Gear

      She took great pains to make sure that I knew the head I was buying wasn't perfect (and make sure that I was going to be satisfied)

      Also refunded me part of the shipping quote, as she wan't sure exactly how much it would cost.

      I would deal with Elysion Gear again if she was selling something that I was interested in.
