Feedback for Elysion Gear

Elysion Gear and I agreed to do a trade for some outfit for her adorable BTSSB red riding hood + she purchased a pair of ED eyes from me. Everything went really well and I'm more than happy to do a business with her again in the future highly recommend!

 

Elysion Gear bought a couple of msd sized clothes from me, she was great to deal with. Quick to respond to pms and paid promptly. highly recommended.

 

Elysion Gear participated in a MiniFee split in my seventh Fairyland group order and I have no complaints. Everything went smoothly and I am much appreciative of that fact. Future transactions would be welcomed without hesitation from my end.

I bought 2 pairs of doll eyes, a shirt, and a necklace from elysion gear and they are great to work with. I'd be happy to purchase from them again

 

I comissioned a few eyes from Elysion Gear.
Because of a few things she now stopped making eyey (which is sad, because I really love her eyes).

However, I still give her a positive feedback, because she was always nice, sent me a message and an explanation why she stops making the eyes and sent my money back to me immediately.
I would commission or buy from here anytime again

 

I bought a head from Elysion Gear-even though I received the head, the transaction was unpleasant and Elysion Gear acted very unprofessionally. To make a long story short-she made a decision on her own and expected me to pay for it (even expected me to be grateful for it!), was very condescending, and did not ship out in a timely manner.

I was watching this particular head in the marketplace for a while. It was then taken down, and a new thread was created announcing that Elysion Gear was planning to give it away in a contest. In the very thread, she mentioned she decided to do it because the head wasn't doing well in the marketplace!

A few days later she deleted the thread and presumably canceled the contest. At that point I contacted her asking if she would still be willing to sell the head. She told me yes, and wrote back asking the same price she originally asked for ($60 plus shipping for the head with eyes). Only this time, she offered another option of selling just the head for $40 plus shipping.

I asked her if she was open to offers at all, and offered her $40 including shipping. She declined and was firm on her price, stating that she was still planning on giving the head away if I didn't buy it.

I agreed to the original price that Elysion Gear asked for and paid her promptly. I asked her when the head would be sent, and she said that it would be within 6-7 days, since that was how long it would take for her to transfer funds into her account.

8 days pass, and I hear nothing from her within this time. I ask her if the head had been sent yet, and she replies that it has not, since the funds still had not finished transferring. She tells me that the head will then be sent 3 days later, making it a total of 11 days to ship.

She ships on the 11th day, and then informs me that she upgraded my shipping...at my own cost! She asks me for the additional $5 the upgrade cost her.

I tell her flat out that I won't pay her the additional funds. I feel it's inappropriate for her to try to add additional charges without consulting me, especially considering her lengthy shipping time.

At this point, Elysion Gear sends me a very condescending message:

I would not deal with Elysion Gear again, nor would I recommend her to anyone.

 

I sold Tsukasa head to Elysion gear. The payment was fast and the transaction was fast and smooth. I would love to do a business with her again, thank you!

 

I ordered some eyes from Elysion gear a while ago.
Elysion was honest abotu the wait, and even offered to refund me at one point... I told her I'd rather wait becasue I was really excited abtu the custom eyes.

Overall I'd say it was good transaction.
The communication was alright... when I messaged her, she was always prompt on getting back to me, but I would have relaly apreciated more initiative,

the product itself was outstanding. a great price for what I was paying for, and they look really great!

I thought it was worth the long wait, and I was very happy to be right. I'd order from her again, no hesitations.
