Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. I bought a Angell studio limited doll head from Elysion Gear and had a positive transaction she was very kind and shipped the head quickly and he arrived in great condition.
      The COA had been misplaced but she kept a eye out for it and when it was located she shipped it out and it arrived in perfect condition. :)

    8. I participated in a small Luts GO run by Elysion gear, and I can happily say that I received my eyes, and that they are lovely. I do feel I need to say, however, that I would probably not do business again. After placing the order, Elysion gear messaged the GO particants to ask if she could add a doll head to the order, which would take 45 working days to ship and basically change the terms of the GO. She did not, however, wait for an answer before asking Luts to hold the order. Though I was sorry about the head, I said I hadn't gone into the GO expecting to wait so long for my eyes and suggested she start a new GO for preorder items, as Luts was having an event and there were sure to be other willing participants who would be aware of the terms at the outset. Elysion gear did not add the head, then, but made sure to tell me how disappointed she was not to be able to get it and to have to message Luts a second time to tell them to go ahead with the original order (which she'd halted on her own in the first place). Of course, we'd lost our original place in Luts' shipping order by this time because of the hold and had to wait a bit longer for our turn.

      After Elysion gear received the items, it took almost ten days for her to ship them to me because Paypal was taking some time to transfer the funds to her bank account. I told her this was fine, that these things happen, even though she didn't inform me of the issue until the ten days were up and she was ready to ship. (I'd assumed the eyes were on their way--she'd let me know when she received them and said she would ship them ASAP). I was rather frustrated, then, to see that she'd left neutral feedback for me for communication at the end of our transaction, because I hadn't informed her that I'd received the eyes and left feedback for her quickly enough. I do apologize for this--as I received the eyes during the holidays, I was guilty of being forgetful. Apparently she'd messaged me with a "warning" I didn't see till I saw the feedback and checked for it. It bothers me, though, that I tried to be as understanding as possible throughout our transaction and did not receive the slightest bit in return for something that (regrettably) slipped my mind after our transaction was all but completed.

      Again, I'm happy to have received my eyes and appreciate Elysion gear's time and effort in ordering and getting them to me. However, the transaction was frustrating almost from the beginning and perhaps more hassle than it was worth.
