  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     16. This is the first time I ever had to leave bad feedback for someone on DoA....

      I tried to buy some boots from Enki, they were very cheap and looked great so I was excited. I sent her the payment, and then the next day I got a personal message saying my money had been refunded because she could not find the boots. I wish she had told me sooner, because it would have been easier to wait and see if she could find the boots instead of ping-ponging my money around.

      Enki requested a personal payment to avoid PP fees, which most people do, and because of this I was charged a fee. I didn't mind much, but when my money was refunded, not all of it came back. I guess she did not do personal payment.


      So overall, I lost money in my transaction with her and did not get the item I wanted. I'm just glad it was a cheap item, because if it had been more expensive I would've been screwed.

    18. I would like to address the post from Musikluvr:

      I have never had bad feedback for a transaction before on DoA. As I take special care to avoid any issues, going so far as to take photos of every item and package before it is EVER sent.

      It came to my attention that the item was missing from my sales box (that very same day), and I contacted Musikluvr immediately after I was aware of the missing items. I let her know that I was sending her a refund for the $10 boots, and did so through my Paypal account.

      To which she replied that the refund (which had been sent automatically) was not sent as a personal payment. I apologized and immediately sent her an additional refund to cover her cost.

      I did the best I could to appease her, and I'm sorry that she felt she had been wronged. I hope my proof shows that I did refund her the money IMMEDIATELY that she says she is missing. I bend over backwards for my buyers, and most can attest to that fact.
