Bought an Unoa Sist faceplate from Eolomea. Item was exactly like it was described.
Very well packaged, with lots of bubblewrap, and something to protect the face up which was a very nice touch.
The comunication was excellent and the seller was also very nice and always trying to be the most helpful she could, which I really appreciated.
Really don´t have anything that I could say was negative. It was a pleasure to do business with her and I hope in the future to do again.

Purchased a very long silver wig from Eolomea, and I was very happy with the transaction! She was patient with me the entire time, even when I had sent the wrong amount at first. The wig was described as having been in house with smoke, but the color didn't seem off at all, and I didn't notice any sort of scent. It was wonderfully silky, as well! I don't think I've ever felt a wig that soft. All in all, a positive encounter.

I bought a pair of shoes and some pants from Eolomea. I paid priority shipping. She said she'd ship the items on Jan. 30th. As I did not get any comment from her, I wrote back on Feb. 1st. She replied by the 2nd and said she had just shipped the items. Although I was not informed of the delay beforehand and am not thrilled with the fact that I had to ask for news before she contacted me, I don't really mind this.

However, I must say I am not happy that she sent the items with no tracking number or insurance (although I specified that I wanted priority shipping, and had paid for it). When she wrote back to me on Feb. 2nd, this is what she said:

I would have expected her to reach out to me and ask before sending my items with a different shipping method. There is a reason why I chose registered mail. I understand some PO have wacky websites with weird info that doesn't match reality, but I paid for registered mail and I don't like my items to be untrackable as I have had very bad experiences in the past. I do appreciate that she said she'd refund the money in the terrible event the parcel got lost.

Nevertheless, the items got here today (apparently, either her PO or mine decided to mess with the parcel and the envelope was damaged, but the items itself are ok!) and I am happy with my purchase. I just wished Eolomea were more communicative.
