Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       I purchased a Delf Tanned El from Falice.

      I received what I paid for,
      but the transaction did not go as smoothly as hoped...
      And the way the doll was shipped was poor.

      Insurance was extra and I'm glad I paid it.

      My primary four concerns during this transaction were:

      1) His body was poorly protected.
      - Bubble wrap didn't cover him completely.
      Picture 1, Picture 2, Picture 3

      2) He was Shipped only in his original box with no outer box for extra protection, especially for overseas shipment.
      - It was wrapped in one layer of shipping paper.

      3) Shipping was Delayed because of Discussions over a USD$2.24 difference in end payment totals.
      - I had honored a 5% addition for using a Credit Card through Paypal and even her own calculations didn't prove where the loss went.
      - I paid the loss via Instant Transfer after our discussions.

      4) He did not come with eyes.
      - Though the picture advertised him with wig, eyes, and clothes, I assumed he would be shipped with those eyes as that's how Luts sends their dolls. I was mistaken. Falice's argument was she did not state he would be sent with them.

      In the end, luckily my tanned El arrived safely. I'm happy with him. I'm just glad I paid for that insurance. If I hadn't, and they had not been careful, I would have been out a lot of money and be very, very sad.

      I leave this neutral feedback with the complications that concerned me, for others who may deal with buying dolls from Falice in the future.

    8. Falice contacted me with sincere apologies about the way he was packaged. She offered me a refund of shipping. I accepted the apology and the refund.

      When she issued the refund,
      The total refund was the shipping I paid minus the amount of insurance she personally paid for sending off the Tanned El, which I was not informed of or charged for till this refund was issued.

      Shipping Fee: US$35
      The Insurance amount Falice paid and did not charge: US$16
      (She said in the refund message that the insurance amount was US$21.00 total. She charge me only US$5.00. US$(21-5)=US$16)
      Refund total: US$19

    14. Just got my wig that I bought from Falice. Very soft, very well cared for and came in bubblewrap, a plastic bag, a hair net and had paper inside to help the wig retain its shape! Wonderful! ^^ I'm going to enjoy this wig.
