Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     4. Contacted Fallfox about splitting a listing so that I could purchase the minifee hands that came alongside the MNF! She was very quick to reply, super kind, and packed and shipped my hands quickly, and for a great price. They were packaged very well and she kept up with my tracking number on her own to make sure they arrived safely. Would be very happy to exchange with her again:3nodding:

    8. I bought a pair of Soom wings from @FallFox. They were quick and polite in their responses to messages and shipped the wings out quickly. They let me know when they had shipped, gave me the tracking number and updated me on the parcel's progress. The wings were very well packaged and as described. She made sure that the package arrived to me safely.The shipping was so fast, he arrived just within a week. He was packaged so well and she even included 2 eyes and a wig.     18. Recently, I purchased a Dollshe Arsene from FallFox and had such a delightful experience. I had noticed FallFox had posted an Arsene for sale and, eager to acquire the body for a character of mine, wrote her a message. We had a pleasant conversation, where I initially requested a layaway; however, after some consideration, I desired to pay for him in full and FallFox kindly allowed this change.

      I transferred the payment and FallFox shipped Arsene shortly thereafter, which was truly appreciated. When he arrived, I was absolutely elated—the body and head were in perfect condition, just as described. I am overjoyed and deeply grateful that FallFox allowed me to purchase this wonderful doll!

      During our transaction, FallFox had fantastic communication and was very kind. The shipment of Arsene was prompt, and he was safely packaged. Should the opportunity arise to again purchase from FallFox, I would do so in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!
