  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. While I do not refute LadyGinSling's flakey feedback, it is not entirely accurate or neutral. As advised by the moderators, I would like to give my version of the story :

      1. I contacted LadyGinSling about an outfit she was selling, saying I was very interested.

      2. I later contacted her to cancel the sale, because of financial problems (I agree this is considered flaking according to DoA's rules, I am not refuting that).

      3. She was threatening me to leave negative feedback, and I have to admit... I choked. I said that I would buy the outfit later, when I received my next paycheck. She asked for a deposit.

      4. At that point, I made it very clear that I did not want to pay 4% paypal fees for the transaction. Her selling price was only good without the fees (otherwise, I would have bought it from one of the 2 other members who were selling the same outfit).

      5. I offered to send payment with paypal as a personal payment (gift type), because in my experience, no fees are charged by paypal with that type of payment ; she agreed. For me, these were the terms of the sale: personal payment = no paypal fees.

      6. I sent the deposit (15 EUROS = 20 USD).

      7. When she received my deposit, she said that she was charged 1 EURO in fees. I honestly didn't know that paypal did charge fees with personal payment when the payment involved multiple currencies.

      8. She asked me to add the 4% paypal fees to my payment when I would send the rest of it next week.

      9. I told her that this were not the terms we had agreed on, and that I would not go through with the transaction (this is why she says that I ''backed out of a transaction two times'').

      10. As partial reparation, I offered her to keep my deposit, which she did.

      I dearly value DoA's marketplace and I have worked hard to maintain my flawless feedback. I think it is important for potential buyers or sellers to know the facts, so they can make an informed decision about making - or not - transactions with me. I would appreciate it if we could consider this case closed and move on. Thank you. :)

    6. I was lucky enough to purchase 2 outfits from Fereshteh via a short layway.

      Communication was wonderful, she always got back to me in a timely manner, and let me know when my payments were recieved. She was also quick to let me know when the outfits shipped. The outfits arrived very quickly, and were in perfect condition, as stated.

    8. Fereshteh sold me a Lati Yellow sized set by Flonne. Her communication was fantastic, she was really friendly, she shipped really fast, and shipped on a Wednesday, it arrived on Saturday, all the way from Canada to the UK =)

      I was very very pleased with the transaction, and the outfit is super cute too! I would always deal with Fereshteh again ♥
