Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     8. I also joined in Florianne's specially organised Group order for Laia/Larina heads from DIM, who normally don't sell these heads seperately. Wonderful GO organiser, great communication and updates. I'll definitely be checking out which GO's she'll be organising from now on! :)

    9. I bought in april 08 2011 Song head. I never received this head since april 018 2011. I think she did'not sent this head to me !!!!!! because

      First I bought in february Orchid head, I said to Florianne I will pay only 250 usd all include. Florianne wrote me OK
      so I paid 250 usd and I received this head by Canada, Florianne said me her sister Linoa on DOA will send by Canada. But after i received head FLorianne asked me to pay more because I didn't pay
      Paypal fees and she paid more postal that she thought, so I refused to pay more and answered I paid 250 usd as previous in biginning.

      2 months later in April she sold sell Song head in DOA. I asked to buy this head to Florianne in two month and first class postage . She said yes 180 US for the head and 20 USD for the postage but you will pay Paypal fees and asked me to choose Friend payment Paypal. I said Ok. I paid 50 USD first month
      At the end of the first month I send message to pay sold of amount but nothing, nos answer, I waitted one week and sent another message nothing.
      So I contacted Linoa in France who say me Florianne have problemes with is computer. Linoa asked me to pay the due sold and said me she will send head. I paid and wait 3 week. I send message end of April to Linoa to say I did not received head. Linoa said me to wait one month. I sent message to Florianne
      to ask him proof of sending. She sent me Canada postal credit card ticket of $ can 37 that all. I send message to said I didn't see my name and my address; She answered that is normal in Canada. I waitted one month again and send a message to Linoa and Florianne to say I didn't received head. Florianne send message to say Ok I reimburse you 90 USD ( I paid 200 USD)
      Because on the first head I paid paypal fees and more postage cost and the second head more postage cost also.
      So I called to Canada poste to ask help. Canada post said me Linoa who sent head have to send letter to Canada poste 45 days after sending parcel. I said to Linoa I phoned to Canada poste and asked him to send letter, she answer Ok . Since 15 days she not answered me.
      I think Florianne and her cousin never sent head. ( Paypal don't cover risk when you pay as friend !!!!)

    10. I just finished a transaction with Florianne and although we had some PM problems that caused us both a few headaches, my rabbit arrived safely and perfectly. I am thrilled and would do business with Florianne again.
