  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. I recently bought an Elfdoll Vivien head from GlassMountain, communication with her was always really fast and she was patient while waiting for my funds to transfer to paypal so I could pay for her. She shipped her out as soon as she could (while also keeping me updated the day she couldn't when the post office was closed) and gave me my tracking number and even links to different sites I could use the number at.

      When the head arrived to me, she was really well packaged. Her eyelashes got a little messed up in the shipping process, and GlassMountain was quick to offer an eyelash refund. I didn't take it (I've got eyelashes here I can replace them with, it's an easy enough fix) but the offer itself was a really nice gesture, and I appreciated it.

      If the opportunity arises to do business with her again anytime soon I definitely will. Thank you so much for the head, GlassMountain! You were a charm to do business with! :D

She has a wonderful and creative vision for what she wants and her projects are always fun to do! Glass_mountain is one of the best layaway-ers I've had the pleasure of working with :) She was incredibly nice, kind, very quick with her payments, and was very understanding when it came to how expensive the shipping was.
