I bought a Doll Love Grapefruit from gr8story and it arrived in excellent condition, just as described and packaged wonderfully. Communication was also nice Wouldn't hesitate to do business again ^^ Thanks!

I joined gr8tstory's Usagihime GO. She told me when there was a problem and took care of it right away. She shipped the wigs right away when they arrived to her house. She was friendly and I would be happy to join her GO again.

 

I recently took part in a group order hosted by gr8story! She was always informative of all updates on our order, and was prompt in giving tracking numbers and helpful to those who had questions! She was everything you could want in a GO host. I would for sure do a group order with her again

I hate to leave negative reviews but I have to in this situation. I sent my Dikadoll Tea (she's Puki sized) to her to have her eyes opened, wings blushed and a faceup done. She arrived to her on 5-12 and work was immediately started to open her eyes and I received a message that day with a picture of the start of her eye opening.

I did not hear from her again until I messaged her on 5-24. She mentioned that she had started cleaning off her factory faceup and would begin painting. I got a picture of the start of the faceup on 5-28. It was cute but I messaged back asking if more purple and orange could be added to make her more autumn looking. No reply. I sent a few more random messages here and there asking for progress and updates and did not hear from her until 6-18, three weeks later. Not only was my doll not finished, she hadn't even started on the wings and couldn't remember what color I had asked for on them.

Her excuse for not messaging me was "It was her birthday and she never goes out" which is not an excuse. I understand wanting to go out but if you want to act like an adult and charge people to paint their dolls the least you can do is reply to their messages. You cannot disappear with no notice for three weeks.

I tried to reply back to tell her I just wanted my doll back at this point but low and behold, her inbox is full! It remained full for hours! I was in the midst of making a paging thread as suggested to me by the mods when she got back to me saying she should remember to clean out her inbox more often which is also unprofessional. I told her I wanted my doll back and she agreed to send her back to me. I offered to pay her for opening the eyes but she refused.

The doll gets back to me today and her eyes are two different sizes! My mom (who knows nothing about dolls) even mentioned that it was noticeable and asked if she was supposed to have one square eye that's bigger. So not only do I need to resend her to someone else to get a faceup, she needs to have her eyes fixed as well.

She's a nice girl and the messages were all polite but the whole ordeal was incredibly unprofessional.
