It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     14. I have two positive feedbacks for Haruka :)

      The first one: I participated in a Leon Kennedy MNM GO that Haruka ran. When she was on vacation, she was able to ask someone to take over so that the GO can be active while she was away. Her responses to PM and the delivery was very quick too. Overall this was a very positive transaction. :)

      The other one: Haruka participated in a Heliot GO that I hosted. She was very very very patient with the order. She paid quickly; communication was great. Plus she was also understanding of a mistake I made and the delays I faced with shipping. This is another positive transaction~ :)

    17. Purchased a souldoll Phiel form Haruka. Communication was great agreed to ship doll unstrung to save on shipping. Received doll unstrung but without elastic messaged Haruka and they stated that they didn't know I wanted that too and had thrown out, not sure how they expected me to assemble the doll without elastic. They did offer to ship other elastic that they found. Doll was received undamaged.

    20. My experience with Haruka was an absolute delight, and I am thoroughly satisfied with our transaction. She had contacted me, regarding a Supiadoll Lina that was listed for sale. After a pleasant conversation, Haruka agreed to buy Lina and politely requested a layaway; I was more than happy to oblige. She transferred the deposit in a timely manner, along with the subsequent payment. Haruka was forthcoming about a small change to her last payment, and I truly appreciated her openness. Shortly afterward, I received the final installment, and I happily sent Lina on her way. When she arrived, Haruka informed me, as well.

      It was truly a joy to work with Haruka, and I am happy to know that Lina has found such a loving home. Haruka is kind, responsible, and communicative. Should the opportunity arise to enter into another agreement with Haruka, I would happily do so, without hesitation. Thank you for adopting Lina!
