I bought Dollshe Hound from Healdria. It was my first time buying a doll through resale but she was OK with my status of a complete novice in this business. *__* She was very polite and lovely all the time. She replied promptly to all my messages, settled payment issues and sent the parcel the next day after receiving the money. We had a slight problem with the delivery because of the delivery companys fault. Healdria was constantly keeping me informed, exchanged letters with her post agents, sent me information on the parcels status and whereabouts. I'm incredibly grateful to her for her assistance and support.
Also I'd like to thank her for the wonderful packing!!! The doll arrived in the ideal condition, packed very carefully and thoroughly.

I bought a used delf bw girl body modded to a boy from Healdria after she propose me because I was looking for one. The body is just perfect and she shipped really fast. Im really glad I did this transaction with her because she also let me take the time I needed to pay for in a layaway. The body was also well packaged

I bought a blank CROBI Yeonho head from Healdria, and I'm super impressed and in awe of her top-notch service!

It was priced at $150 without shipping fees and my budget was within $175 but since Yeonho is my dream doll, I missed the chance to get his head parts while CROBI was still selling them and haven't been on DoA long enough to organize a split, I dared to enquire with her and I'm just absolutely glad I did!

Even without knowing about how I felt about Yeonho, because of the expensive shipping cost, she bumped down the entire price including EMS and insurance to $170, fitting just perfectly into my budget, and on top of it all she kept me really well-informed--answered my questions super promptly and always in a friendly manner, had the EMS tracking number for me within hours of my payment and had the head shipped the very next day!

The head arrived within three days (two of which are non-working days, Saturday and Sunday, so really it arrived within practically a day XD) extremely neatly and safely packed and the condition of it was so mint, even though she stated that she bought it in September 2008, it was as if I'd ordered from an Australian CROBI dealer. I'm just really satisfied and heartwarmed by Healdria's fantastic skill of communication and dealership, I'd most definitely recommend her as a seller to everyone and if given the chance I'd buy from her again in a heartbeat!
