It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. It's important to me that my dolls come to a new home where they are valued and appreciated and this was a perfect new home for her. I highly recommend this DOA member to others.     6. I am leaving neutral feedback for HerrLucifel. She contacted me on 1/9/18 to purchase my Volks F-63. We agreed to a two month layaway on 1/20/18 (I had been off DoA, so she found me on Flickr) with a partial trade for a pinky swear Lorina hand and all payments to be non-refundable. I received a payment for $100 on 1/30/18. I did not ever receive the pinky swear hand. We exchanged a couple of pleasant messages then I heard nothing until 3/1/18 stating she would be sending a second payment. I did not receive any payments, then on 3/10/18 I received an email stating she had a sudden change in her finances and would not be continuing the layaway. She did ask if we could figure something else out and I did say I would accommodate her with extending her layaway if she wanted too but if she decided to not continue with the layaway I would leave flaky feedback. She was very upset by this and decided to not continue the layaway. She also told me she would not be on DoA anymore.I have since reconsidered the flaky feedback to just neutral since she was very polite and I want to believe that her financial situation did change and she wasn't just trying to get out of her layaway and I am not trying to penalize her. I do believe that breaking a layaway is serious and others should at least know this took place for future purchases.

    7. Another fine transaction with HerrLucifel! We agreed on a two-week layaway and she paid on-time. Since this was my second time working with her, I offered to have her pay me for shipping after I had the exact price quote from UPS. She took a little bit to pay me for the shipping (due to some issues with paypal/bank), but she did keep me in the loop and I did receive the final shipping payment. As always, she was polite and responded in a timely manner!
