Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. I participated in a Group Order with hhisprincess, who acted as GO Master.
      It was my very first GO, but I had no doubt everything was in capable hands!
      She was very nice and patient with me. (I ask a lot of stupid questions!)
      Everything was handled in an orderly fashion, which made it even easier to understand. She updated frequently, which was wonderful ~ ​

      Overall, it was a wonderful ordeal! hhisprincess was suuuuper nice, and everything went very smoothly, thanks to her!

      - It would be a dream to do business with hhisprincess again -

    2. Was in a group order run by hhisprincess. I felt she ran it very well and kept plenty of updates about what was happening throughout the group order. The items arrived very well packed and she was very patient about questions I had or other requests (such as when I accidentally deleted the tracking number PM and had to ask her for it again). I felt she did a good job corresponding between the agent and us-- especially because when one of the larger items I had purchased was not sent to me, she spoke to the agent for me. The resolution they came to was a reasonable one that I can understand, and it is not her fault that I did not receive my doll's coat anyway. Thank you for hosting!

      Everything arrive safely
      But there was an issue with my order.
      I was missing a shirt, a boot was in the wrong size
      And I had an extra random mismatch set.

      But hhisprincess was empathic and
      After apologizing she offered to either
      Have the items sent back for a full refund,
      And the other was a 30% refund.
      I understood it was not intentional,
      I did not accept the partial refund,
      And will just sell/keep the set.

      Overall, this Go was not the smoothest but
      hhisprincess handle the situation very professionally!
      She did not get annoyed or try ignore me
      And did her best to correct her mistake!:)
      I don't think I mind joining
      Another Go hosted by       hhisprincess!
      I'm sure she will be more careful in the future!
