Feedback for Hitomifrens

I commissioned hitomifrens for a blushing on my Cuprit. She blushed her according to what I wanted, was VERY quick about it and sent her back super fast too. Thanks!

 

I commissioned Hitomifrens to do a face-up and eyelash application on my Leekeworld Mihael. I couldn't be happier with it! It is SO much more gorgeous in person than I would have ever expected, and exactly what I had envisioned! Very fast service as well! I'll definitely be sending more things her way for painting.

 

Poor return shipping; will not take responsibility for her packaging.

I sent my School C head to hitomifrens for a face-up. She did not wrap the head with tissue paper or cushion it from the face cover in any way. The face cover was not secured properly and the face-up was damaged in transit. The blushing on the chin was chipped and scraped and there is a gray mark on the cheek. There is also a piece of dust trapped in the sealer, from when she painted him.

I asked for a 25% refund and I feel that this is extremely reasonable considering that multiple parts of the face-up will have to be entirely removed and re-blushed, as they won't come off with water.

Hitomifrens has refused my request for a partial refund and will only repaint him if I pay for more shipping fees!

Hitomifrens was the one responsible for packaging and protecting the face-up she gave him and she failed to do that. I will definitely not be sending him back.

 

I payed in full and upfront for a MSD faceup, and it seemed to be going pretty well at first - she was prompt in replying, and even agreed to give blushing the head to better match a body a shot. I also asked for WIP photos.

Though, some time later, she PMed me with a single picture of the finished head.

I liked what she did, but wasn't overtly keen about it, as I was hoping for something more light and pink and the work she did was notably dark. I asked her to make some edits to the lips, bottom lashes, and the eyebrows as they were dark and I asked for white, and then contact stopped.

To my complete shock, two days later, the head arrived at my doorstep. From what I can tell, she added white to the eyebrows and nothing else. She did not send me pictures of the edits, nor did she inform me that she had even shipped.

She apologized, and offered me a refund of $2.80 that I was overcharged in shipping only after I pointed out that I believed I was overcharged.

 

I'm very happy with the face-up I received. At first it wasn't exactly to my specifications, but when I let her know what I wanted she quickly corrected his face until it looked exactly how I wanted. She is a talented artist and does lovely work. She ships very quickly. Thank you!

 

I sold hitomifrens a CH Hyun. She was very nice to work with and paid quickly. I would definitely sell to her again.

 

I commisioned a faceup from hitmifrens and she's been so nice! Always answered my mails/pm's superfast and was really patient when there was a huge trouble with my customs office!
She painted my girl fast and according to what I wanted and she's lovely! No issue with her packaging or anything, she came home safe and beautiful!
