Feedback for Hitomifrens

I commisioned a Himi*MO Special Custom faceup for my Dollshe Saint. Hitomifrens did an breathtakingly beautiful faceup for him. Her communication was friendly and kind throughout. My Saint is just perfect! I'm very happy and feel so lucky to have a faceup by Hitomifrens. She is truly an artist. Highly recommended.

 

I purchased a Leekeworld Lion head from Himi*MO with one of her custome face ups. It is breath takingly beautiful. Her communication was superb and she was extremely pleasant to work with. I would not and will not hesitate to work with her again.

 

She painted my Shiwoo and I cannot even begin describing how utterly perfect she made him it was exactly what I had in mind, and she executed it flawlessly. She packed the head very very well, her responses through email were quick and prompt and she was generally a really nice person to deal with. Will definitely look forward to commissioning again. Thank you once more!

 

I commissioned another face-up from Himimo and once again it is amazing. Communication and shipping were swift, highly recommended.

 

I commissioned two face-ups from Hitomifrens for a Napidoll Naya and a Napidoll Chesi. The face-ups are immaculate and just what I wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to commission her again in the future!

 

I commissioned Hitomifrens for two, separate faceups.

The first commission went pretty well. My Breakaway head was very beautiful and I couldn't have been more happy.
There were a couple problems with the first faceup: Her communication wasn't the best, as she skipped a few replies to my emails, but sometimes people can be busy and I let it go.
His faceup also chipped in two areas, and I feel he wasn't sealed properly. Thankfully, I had a good friend and some MSC available.

The second commission, my second Breakaway head was beautiful as well.
But, this time, I lost my patience with her. She ignored several of my emails, and I got to the point where I wanted my money and head back before she decided to reply.

I realize faceups take time and I don't mind waiting, but communication is absolutely crucial. The least I asked for was a reply back, it's not a if I were emailing her everyday. I even waited a few days between emails.

Despite of the lack of communication, I would commission Hitomifrens again. She does very nice work, and I'm pretty satisfied, minus the chipping of the first head.

 

I wanted to report my negative dealings with Hitomifrens, which happened recently. This was reported elsewhere and copied here for reference as well. I hope it's acceptable.

 

A bit of delayed feedback, but better late than never!

I organized a trade with Hitomi back in July that I would trade my leekeworld lion for face ups on my Minifee Chloe and Bluefairy Andy.

Hitomi finished and listed the lion head for sale prior to starting on my heads. She seemed to work quickly on my Lion and then work slowed for my minifee and bluefairy. I waited about a month and a half to get my heads back.

communication was also not perfect, but no worse than I've experienced with other artists I've commissioned.

I received my face up'd heads back and they were gorgeous. Completely clean, professional, and exactly what I was expecting.


(Just my chloe as my andy has yet to get eyes :B)

The heads have been home for several months now and they appear to be withstanding. I haven't experienced flaking or bubbling of the MSC, or rubs from handling, and I do handle my dolls regularly.

 

Hitomifrens brought some clothes from me. Wonderful transaction, great communications, and fast payment. I highly recommend! Would not mind doing business with again. Thanks!

 

Hitomifrens did a lovely face up on my Dollshe Old Saint. Exquisite and delicate brush work. Great communication and very patient with my requests/tweaks (this was my first time commissioning a face up). Highly recommend her.

I traded a doll for faceups from Hitomifrens...my resin kids are amazing! She does an amazing job on her faceups! I now have to buy new clothes for one of my boys since he looks so good now ; )

Hitomifrens / HimiMO did an excellent face-up on my SDC Renee! She looks more precious and like a princess, I adore her very much! The glitter will take sometime getting used to, because I didn't notice it in the pictures she sent me.
But nevertheless, I am satisfied, thank you vry much!

I commissioned a faceup from Hitomifrens. Despite delays, she completed my doll head and sent him back well packaged. When I noted that she forgot to attach eyelashes she readily apologized and offered a refund for that. Overall an excellent commission. Thanks very much ^_^
