Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. I bought some hand made Japanese necklace from ibjd, easy and friendly communication, she did a very well packaging for me and the items arrived really faster. Highly recommended as a seller and a hand maker, I do really prefer to deal with for another time~ ^^

    2. This experience has become a doll owner’s worst nightmare come true. I shipped off my luts cherry for a face up and body blushing back in April. IBJD’s page indicated that she takes 4 weeks from the time the doll was received. I received my doll today – 3 months after she was received!

      When I had shipped her out, each limb was bubbled wrapped and then her entire torso was bubble wrapped. I even bubble wrapped over the face place! When I picked her up from the post this morning, I nearly had a heart attack! The box was severely damaged and I could see that it had been poorly taped up. When I opened up the box, my heart stopped. My cherry was only wrapped in toilet paper (WTF) with used bubble wrap stuffed on top of her (not wrapped around her). She was smashed and curled up in the corner of the box!

      I was so scared to actually pull her out and take a look at the damage. The face plate was put on by a piece of wire and had been smashed and moved around; therefore, damaging the face up around the nose area. Her body was horribly scuffed up with black (?) marks and the blushing on her toes and nails had been rubbed off – BECAUSE neither her feet nor hands were wrapped!

      Leading up to receiving this nightmare, IBJD’s communication was atrocious! Prior to shipping my cherry out, the communication was fine, but then once she was received; I swear, I could not get a response back to save my life! My last three PMs (that is when her mailbox was not full) have still remained unanswered…. The final communication I received was here on this thread with a mass PM of tracking numbers – WHICH did not work, btw.

      IBJD’s work is exquisite! She is a truly talented artist. But it is not worth it when your doll comes home damaged. I am going to have to repair the damaged body blushing or just have to pay to have it redone by another artist. And I am not paying for the additional shipping (especially with this heinous packing job). I was quoted a shipping price, and nowhere did it state that I may have to pay additional!

      I am happy that my cherry is home and her face-up is beautiful - one of the best face-ups I have ever seen!!! But this was the WORST transaction I have ever been involved with.

      I can't say that I'm completely happy with this transaction due to the very poor communication, but I did receive it, though not without a lot of extra stress and worry. I'm never gonna deal with her again. :(
