It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     5. I sold a Doll Leaves MSD boy body to Iris0110. During that time I ended up sick and in and out of the hospital. I contacted her to say as much but the pms did not go through as happened with most of my buyers at the time. She pm'ed me and I would respond on my phone when I was able (as explained on my phone messages were going through but on my lap top they were not).

      Two days after she sent me a pm she filed a dispute on PayPal for non-receipt. I had shipped her doll that very day she filed the dispute before I had even seen the dispute. She did not give me enough time to respond to her before she filed the dispute. After receiving the body she claimed I used craft paper to ship it, the paper used to send her body is packaging paper as listed on the wrapper for it. I use it for all my packages, even international ones and have never had a problem with it before.

      I understand my communication was poor, have apologized for it but health issues can't be helped. The matter with the method of shipping though I don't buy. The package was sent priority to Texas with delivery confirmation, packaging paper and packaging tape were both used that has not ripped even sent international so something must have occurred through the post office for it to come in a poor state. The doll was also bubble wrapped till it could barely be seen as I do for all resin items I mail out.

      So with this all coming to an end I would never do business with Iris0110. While I made mistakes she is too quick to jump to filing a dispute, unreasonable and hard to believe.

Communication was quick and friendly, we both sent out and received on the same day. My item was well packaged and came with a set of nice clothing pieces.
