Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     7. I sold a Migidoll Jina head to Jana, and I am leaving her neutral feedback (because of the unwarranted result of the transaction).

      Jana claimed that she was unsatisfied with the transaction because "communication was lacking".

      You say that you should not be responsible for harassing for information, but how am I to know that I am doing something that does not meet your expectations if you do not say anything? This is a mutual transaction between two parties and yet you are making it seem as though I am to blame for not being as informative as you would have liked me to be. It’s not as though I have been withholding information from you. You could have simply asked me or expressed your dissatisfaction early on and I would have tried to rectify the situation. As the buyer, you have the right to ask me about your purchase, and saying that you do not want to feel as though you are “harassing” me, sounds silly to me. Although I agree that I should have been more informative, I cannot be expected to give you all the answers you want without knowing what it is that you want. Every buyer has different expectations out of sellers, and I have never in all my years of doing business on DoA have had someone complain to me about lack of information after the completion of the transaction. I have been as professional as possible throughout this transaction and I feel that your feedback is completely unjustified. As you did not say anything about your dissatisfaction with how I’ve been communicating during the transaction, I was lead to believe that everything was going fine. And in fact, you had been very pleasant and sweet throughout the transaction with little suggesting you were not happy with how things were going.

      You entered the transaction knowing my shipping specifications as they are mentioned on my sales thread, yet you did not specify you had your own requirements before you paid. If you know that your shipping requirements differ from those mentioned on my sales thread, you could have just asked ahead of time to be certain I could meet these requirements and spared us both of the headache.
