Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     5. I purchased four Fairyland dolls from Jingerbell: 2 in Nov 2016 and 2 in May 2017. In Nov 2016, I bought her Fairyland PukiFee Ante and PukiPuki Lily. In May 2017, I bought her PukiFee Luna and PukiFee Dony. Both transactions were amazing and went very smoothly.

      Communication: Jingerbell replied promptly and politely to every message I sent. I had multiple questions about the dolls, and she answered them clearly. She was open to offers on her dolls and was very polite and friendly when communicating. Jingerbell is very professional and clear when sending payment information as well as tracking information. She sent photos of the dolls during the boxing process, as an update on what they looked like as she was packing them. She sent the tracking information as soon as the dolls had been posted. I had a question after 2 of the dolls arrived (May 2017 transaction) and she again answered promptly.

      Shipping: All four dolls were wrapped extremely well in bubble wrap inside the Fairyland PukiFee and PukiPuki boxes. In both transactions, the shipping box containing the Fairyland boxes was packed very tightly and securely.

      Doll Condition: The dolls all matched the photos and written descriptions from the sales threads. There was no damage at all during shipping, and all pieces listed in the sales threads were included in the boxes. In the May 2017 transaction, Jingerbell included a few extra dresses as a surprise.

      Overall, both transactions have been stress free and easy. I wish all transactions on DoA could be as pleasant as this. I would definitely recommend Jingerbell as a seller to anyone interested in one of her dolls. Thank you so much for all the wonderful communication and the chance to bring these four lovely dolls home.

    8. I bought a Pukifee Flora and it couldn't have gone smoother. Jingerbell was always prompt with communication and very friendly. The price was more than fair to begin with but when she realized there was a mark on the resin as she was packing, she offered a little discount to make up for it. Flora was wonderfully packed and shipping was marvelously quick. I highly recommend Jingerbell. Thank you so much! Flora is well loved in her new home.
