hey i used Justkatie179 for a Dollheart Group Order, she was one bad mamma jamma, my stuff came quicker than i expected, in a condition i would give a final project to my teacher with, very professional and so very good to work with. trust me i WILL be working with her again (but not in a creepy way.) my doll looks 100% better now that hes not naked and white.

 

I commissioned Katie for a Volks LA FCS order. I've worked with Katie before and she is still as warm and wonderful to work with sine the day I fist ever talked to her. Her communication is clear and very pleasant, she is very quick and professional while remaining very friendly. I'm sure I will work with her again!

I was part of justkatie179's Promise of the World group order. Sadly, during the process we discovered that potw, although they apparently have good quality clothing, they're customer service is awful. After more than 4 months of waiting we still didn't receive our items. Despite the terrible service on POTW's end Justkatie did a great job of messaging POTW and keeping the thread updated with any information she had available. We eventually came to the consensus to file a paypal claim and she quickly refunded everyone's money. She's very patient, kind and honest. I would definitely do a transaction with her again!
