Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     16. GREAT PERSON TO DEAL WITH PLEASE READ!!!!

      So I was apart of the soom Galena Split with Katie, I bought the wings and feet after someone pulled out. She was FAST to ship the wings and feet, the issue with it was this. She only sent the clawed feet, and wing tips and when she noticed that she pmed me saying she is shipping the rest seperate. I was happy and she NEVER asked for a Dime for the extra shipping cost.

      As always with canada and the us exchange I had to pay custom fees when I got the first set of package. So that didn't bug me at all when I too noticed what was missing I was sad as my cuprit would not get mods in time for the con I wanted to bring her too. No Biggie.

      Well I got the second package and picked it up with another chunk of customs fees. Happily I paid it knowing I was getting the rest of the wings and feet. So when I get home I open the package to not just have my missing parts but a new pair of shoes for my SD ladies.

      After mentioning to Katie about the extra fees to get my split she made and offer that I refused. But as it was her mistake she was willing to pay for it.

      katie is Amazingly fair when a mess up happens because of her. She is GREAT in communication and so nice to deal with. I would be HAPPY to deal with katie again. She went above and beyond.
