Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     17. I commissioned Kaeru for a faceup for my DiM Elf and it is so beautiful! She worked quickly and sent me progress pics every step of the way. Now that he's home safe and sound, the faceup is so delicate and lovely. I am so pleased with it and would definitely do business with her again in the future.

    18. I just finished a layaway transaction with Kaeru for an SD Domuya Boy Body. She worked with me on a layaway plan that I could accomplish and was very pleasant to work with. She even had the boy shipped out to me within 24 hours of my last payment. All communication was top notch and very fast. When he arrived, the body was very well packaged and was in excellent condition. I honestly can't recommend her highly enough for sales! I am VERY happy with my purchase!

    19. I was in a group order that Kaeru lead. It was a Migidoll order, and we all know how excited we can get with those.... XD The group was constantly updated, and Kaeru even emailed us with our personal emails detailing any thing that came up. I got my head just two days after he was put in the mail, and I was so surprised to find him waiting for me! I loved working with Kaeru, and would do it again in a heart beat.
