Oh my god. Kama and I went through a NIGHTMARE of annoyance with UPS over a can of MSC she sold me. They delivered it to the wrong address (totally their fault) and then it was two months before we could finally get a refund, but Kama was a superstar on this! Not once did she try to say "this isn't my problem," (fortunate because UPS keeps the sender as their point of contact), but, she stayed on top of dealing with UPS, providing whatever was needed, etc. and kept in great contact with me about it. She's been totally awesome about this and I'd absolutely deal with her again (hopefully sans UPS).
