Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. I bought a headback from Kaye and her communication and shipping time was excellent. Headback fits too tightly and the faceplates are hard to get on and off, but I just need to sand it a touch and it'll work great. :)

    7. This sort of adds to my previous post, where I mentioned my headback was a bit tight...

      Kaye pmed me as a followup to make sure everything had worked out after she read it, and I have to say I was really impressed with that. Ive never had anyone follow up and make sure I was happy.

      Now THAT is customer service at its finest.

    12. I just bought Kaye's first Tiny doll, "Sage" from her......what a treat it was to have been able to work with her! I haven't even actually gotten the doll yet, but Kaye has sent me pictures, (many pictures!) to make sure that the custom face up was absolutely perfect! I've never met anyone who would go so far to make a customer happy as Kaye does, and.........here's the key......NOT be mad or even aggravated about it!! I think the real answer is in the fact that Kaye treats everyone like a friend, not like a "customer".
      I will always buy anything she is selling......sight unseen! What a fabulous artist! I was so proud when I saw the article in Haute Doll.......especially when I saw that my new baby, Sage, was one of the dolls featured! Thank you SO much, again, Kaye!! Oh, and here's a picture of my new little darling pixie:
