Feedback for Kazuki

I did a trade with Kazuki, my Dollshe for her Dollgru Delf hybrid. He was well wrapped and arrived quickly, very reliable and friendly. Thank you so much!

 

I traded my Volks SD16 custom Kira head for Kazuki's Zaoll Luv. The transaction went very smoothly and everything was as described. Kazuki was very patient with me in finding something to trade for xD I appreciate that. Thank you for a lovely transaction! I wouldn't hesitate to trade again.

 

Kazuki bought a LittleRebel Tenten head from me and it was another excellent transaction with her. Very friendly communication and prompt payment, and she also let me know when she received the parcel.

I traded my Switch Ryun:R + money from Kazuki for her Zaoll Muse mod + extras. She paid the difference by layaway and on time and we shipped both parcels at the same time. However, Kazuki chose a surface shipping method that made my parcel to take more than a month to reach me. The doll was well packaged but was damaged and it wasn't disclosed in the doll's selling thread. After some negotiation, Kazuki refunded me $100 as compensation. I would have prefered for the Zaoll to be shipped back to Kazuki, as I feel this trade wasn't fair, but I'm ok with the final resolution.

 

Kazuki just bought a Lumedoll Phaet from me--she was a delightful buyer, very reliable, responsive, and friendly! Kazuki paid off her layaway even sooner than we had arranged, and was nice enough to let me know that Phaet arrived safely. Highly recommended!

 

I sold Kazuki a Lumedoll Duhr through a WTB post, and communication was excellent until the end (Tracking showed the doll arrived on the 15th, but I didn't hear anything for a week. I then PMd asking if all was well. Got a reply a couple days later that work had gotten in the way and they'd just opened the box the day previous. All was well.). Payments were prompt and communicated beforehand (Paypal wasn't telling me when payments came in) - even when the last payment came due just before Christmas and we both agreed that a two week delay would be easier to get through the holidays.
Overall, a great transaction! The only hiccup was the waiting a week to hear if the doll had arrived safely. Otherwise, excellent!

 

I purchased a Souldoll Lee Jun Ki (limited) from Kazuki and I must say the transaction went "EXTREMELY" well. I was given the option of a layaway for as long as I needed (once we had agreed on a selling price). Kazuki was very patient and very informative throughout the whole layaway process. The doll arrived in pristine condition and was packaged very carefully. She answered all my private messages in a timely I manner and I felt very comfortable with the process.
Kazuki is a very reliable and trustworthy Den member and I would highly recommend any and all transaction involving her. She is a member!

I traded an Unoa Chibi Roron to Kazuki in exchange for her Soom Elf Sabik. She was super friendly and very patient throughout, even when my local post didn't give us tracking. He arrived exactly as she said he would; she even sent a ton of extras, and warned me that she had partially disassembled him to to fit him in the box. I am very happy, and would eagerly trade or buy from her again! She is very sweet, and a great partner.

 

I bought a Domuya Perennial girl body from Kazuki, it is a pleasure to deal with. Shipping was fast, communication was excellent. It's a wonderful body. I am very grateful to Kazuki for many beautiful clothes for this body.

I bought a Minifee Shushu head on layaway from Kazuki. Responses were prompt and friendly and all of my questions were answered. When there was a delay with shipping I was notified immediately and Kazuki stayed in contact throughout and let me know as soon as the head was shipped. The head arrived quickly and was packed very safely. I would definitely do business with Kazuki again, and highly recommend them to everyone. I traded my Fairyland feeple60 El for Kazuki's Dollshe Saint and I'm incredibly happy!
Even though she was very busy, she always replied swiftly, friendly and patiently.
My Saint was wrapped up safely with lots of bubblewrap and shipped sooner than I expected.
I would definitely trade with or buy from Kazuki again, great transaction.

I bought a Nanyalin/MagicMirror Faun from Kazuki. Layaway terms were agreed upon and followed by both parties. Amazing communication, very clear and very fast responses. Shipped a full day earlier than expected (which was an amazing surprise.) The doll was shipped super safe and fast. It was a pleasure to do business~!!!

 

Late feedback from me but here it is; I purchased a DollPamm momo from Kazuki, commination was wonderful, shipping was quick and everything was as described. I would definitely purchases from again!!!

 

I bought a Dollshe Bernard from Kazuki and the transaction was great. Communication was good and doll was in exactly the condition that was advertised. She provided extra pictures when asked and helped me with shipping options. I paid for shipping him unstrung and she somehow managed to get him in the box strung! He was well wrapped and arrived quickly with no damage. I would certainly do business with her again.
