Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     3. I just received the most wonderful elf boots from C&C! They're beautifully made, and have cool straps with buckles in the back, which I didn't expect! I am absolutely delighted with these boots! Kim was a darling, and went out of her way to contact me about sizing, suggesting a different size for my boy, which turned out to be the right thing to do, because the boots fit perfectly!     4. I, too, am singing the praises of Kim at Court and Castle. I wanted a particular color in her Poulaine boots and when they came to her, she emailed that the sizing was different and she was concerned that what I ordered would be too big. We measured and discussed, and her suggestion was perfect. Love the boots and in my extra little 'goodies' was a perfect necklace for my doll! Thanks, Kim.
      She's a terrific business woman in my opinion.

    7. I purchased an exquisite doll from Court & Castle via an Ebay auction that I discovered here on DoA. Kim handled all of the transaction beautifully, and the doll (SoulDoll Oriental Gunun) arrived so well cared for and so beautifully wrapped for transit I felt I was getting a valued friend. I would highly recommend Court & Castle to any purchaser.

    8. I bought a Dollshe Husky from Court & Castle that I win an Ebay auction, which I find out here on Marketplace. Her communication is wonderful, and she self is extremely pleasant person! The doll I received was in incredible perfect condition, packed well, and he is totally beautiful. She's a great seller, highly recommend.
