Painted two heads for Knibitz, but ended up only completing one as we had creative differences on the second head due to communication falling apart over cultures issues that is neither anyone's fault. For the head I did paint, she sent many pictures, long descriptions, and answered all the questions I had for going about it. I had so much information for her on how to do the face-up that I filled up a little folder on my desktop of it. She takes great care into updating the artist on the status of the doll before and after sending it, and is online often to keep in touch. She is extremely willing to discuss parts of the commission and come to compromises. The dolls were packed extremely well, and she paid special attention to details. I felt she was organized and on top of things when it comes to her dolls. Her instructions on what to do after finishing her first commission were laid out clearly. I had many weeks where I attempted to paint dolls multiple times with disastrous results due to a storm, and while I knew that it was distressing to her, she would communicate with me. This I appreciated greatly. We spent a lot of time talking throughout this commission, and I'm glad that she did not appear to mind that I'm wordy. I explained my policies to her at one point when she expressed confusion over my terms-- I am glad she brought it up so that we could talk about it. It is a good aspect to her as a customer. She is someone who will say what she thinks and give meaningful critique. Even though I did not complete the second doll head for her, she insisted on reimbursing me for materials-- which stunned me. Thank you for the materials extra, Knibitz! She paid immediately when I PMed her about it, and she kept up communication after the dolls arrived. I felt throughout the entire process that she was available to me if I needed her, which is something I think is nice to have.

 

Knibitz sold me a DOI Luke head, she was happy to sort out a layaway we both were happy with and he was packaged fantastically well ^w^. She also incuded eyes and a wig as an extra bonus. I wouldnt hesitate to buy from her again.

 

Knibitz just bought a pair of hands from me. She was very pleasant, prompt with payment and communication (despite moving and not having a stable internet connection), and I would not hesitate to do business with her again!

Even though she was experiencing troubles in her schedule and even had a health scare she kept unfailing communication, and that is more than anyone can ever ask from anyone else! I also purchased some 16mm blue-green eyes from her. Very great person to work with! I highly recommend her!
