Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. I sold dress sets to kungjaa, and it was a perfect transaction as always. Fast payment and great & friendly communication, couldn't ask for more! After shipping, I had to contact her for a possible mixup and she was very understanding and let me know that everything was good immediately after she got a package.     2. I sold 2 dress sets to Kungjaa and everything was flawless as usual on her side. Unfortunately during this time when I have shipped the dress sets, there was a flooding in Manila which caused a 1 full week of delay due to their post office being closed the entire week. Kungjaa was super understanding and patient during the entire process and I am very thankful for that as I myself was very stressed about the delays too. When it arrived to Thailand just last Saturday, she was informed that the shipping box (which I always use new & sturdy ones as it is required to purchase those boxes from the PO) arrived severely damaged. Thankfully, Kungjaa has informed me that everything inside was safe and in great condition as it was sent in. I am so glad things ended on a good note and that everything is all well and good. I highly recommend Kungjaa as she has been really delightful during the entire transaction. Thanks again!! A+++ :chibi

    12. I recently purchased a Volks SDGr Okita Soji Fullset from Kungjaa. It was my first ever doll purchase and Kungjaa was more friendly and helpful than I ever could have hoped for. When the doll arrived one of his hands had been broken during transit, and Kungjaa worked extremely quickly to get the insurance claim started and even organised for a replacement hand to be sent to me within a few days at her own expense. I can't imagine that there are many people who would go to the trouble that Kungjaa did to help me, and I feel extremely lucky to have had my first doll transaction with someone as wonderful as her.

      I highly recommend Kungjaa as an excellent seller. She has excellent communication skills, was extremely fast to send my item, and was ready and willing to work together to resolve the problems that arose. She is also an outstanding person and I can't commend her enough!
