It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. Laelen painted my Glorydoll Zombie Lucy head, and was lovely to work with! There were some delays, but she let me know every time and was always pleasant, sweet and apologetic! She worked very well with my faceup requests and was very flexible and quick to make the right changes. Her work is so delicate and detailed and beautiful! She was shipped fast and so secure, even though the postman was less than gracious >< I'm so, SO happy with how my precious little girl turned out and would love to work with Laelen again! Thank you so much!

    2. I bought a Soom Chrom head from Laelen who is so friendly and nice. My PM always replied quickly. Head is just like what described, packed well, and arrived without any problem. I'm really glad to get this dream doll of mine from her. I'd be more than happy to have a transaction with Laelen again if there's any chance. Thank you so much! :D

    5. I commissioned Laelen to paint my Dollshe Saint. She really looked into what I wanted, and asked questions to determine what was important, and gave me pictures to approve and check every step of the way. The work was completed promptly (in about 3 weeks), and she did an excellent job! He looks perfect, and gorgeous, and I am very impressed. Even the pictures don't do him justice, but when you see him in person, it's really amazing! Thanks Laelen for a great work of art :D I really appreciate it and look forward to sending you some more of my dolls in the future!

    10. Laelen recently painted my Batchix St. George and Orpheus heads. Not only was she a lovely person to work with, and an excellent communicator, but she also did everything I asked for and the resulting faceups are gorgeous. I'm super happy with how they look; the heads are so lifelike now, the delicate earth tones and fine brushwork on the eyebrows and eyelashes exactly what I was looking for to enhance these heads. My camera just doesn't do them justice! I hope to be able to commission her again in the future, my experience with her has been wonderful.
