It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. This is neutral feedback, as my transaction with LeexMarie was less than pleasant. She was slow to respond to messages and she kept saying she would ship, and then just didn't. It was almost 2 weeks from purchasing the body that she shipped. One thing I really appreciated is that she did refund me shipping because I had no idea if she had shipped or hadn't, and it had been days.


      When I received the body she had packaged her very poorly, and she obtained a pretty bad chip on her left thigh socket area. She was also covered in scratches and has two other less-noticeable chips. She packaged her in newspaper and plastic bags. The newspaper put words, and black and grey smudges all over the body. They all came off, thankfully, but a body I spent a lot of time and money on is no longer worth the amount that I paid because of her poor packaging. Because of all this I will not buy, sell, or trade with her again.

    3. Unfortunately, this transaction did not go as planned. I purchased a LTF Nanuri 13 faceplate from LeexMarie at the end of April, and she said she would have it in the mail soon. There several stretches of more than a week without any communication from her, explaining why my item had not been shipped. In the end I was forced to open a Paypal dispute, and though she maintained that she would mail it, I received a full refund today, more than a week into June. I understand there were some real-life mitigating circumstances, but I will not be purchasing from her again.

    4. i bought soom fox legs from LeexMarie and the transaction went perfectly. Communication was great (responses were very prompt) and shipping was fast. The legs were safely packaged for the trip and the parts were even labeled. thank you!
