I bought Atelier Momoni Somni from littlebirdzoom, a long with some outfits. Everything was perfect! The doll is gorgeous, the outfits are amazing. Littlebirdzoom was great to work with. I would gladly do business with them again!

 

I bought Soom Adamelli heads and hooves from Littlebirdzoom and I am very happy. Adamelli arrived very fast and in perfect conditions as described. I purchased a one-off Volks SDMidi Williams from @Littlebirdzoom and had a very smooth and pleasant transaction. I purchased a Peak’s Woods Hon from Littlebirdzoom. The listing mentioned no defects but I found the doll’s forehead had a large sealant rub upon arrival, which is a defect to me. I reached out to Littlebirdzoom and she said she knew nothing about it, but upon closer observation of her sales pictures, the defect could be seen in her own pictures.

It would have been helpful if this was properly mentioned in her sales post instead of me discovering upon unboxing. This felt like a deliberate non-disclosure…

Seller replied me that she honestly was not aware of the sealant rub, so I apologise for assuming it was deliberately undisclosed.

Buyers to definitely enquire in detail for seller to check for details you find to be defective as seller may not share the same opinions.

She let me do a 3 month layaway and let me know all the info needed for us to go through the transaction. She was patient with my payments and shipped promptly. I purchased a minifee Halloween 2014 event head from Littlebirdzoom. The whole transaction was lovely in every way and the head was shipped quickly and the packaging was perfectly secure - even with a sweet note! I purchased a Minifee Nanuri 14 full doll from @Littlebirdzoom and had a great experience! I paid via F&F and she was super friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond throughout the whole transaction. There was a mishap in which the shipping labels for my doll and another user's got mixed up, and Littlebirdzoom let me know immediately what happened as soon as she found out (after the packages had shipped out but before mine had arrived). We had to do a little shipping back and forth to correct the mix-up but she handled everything super gracefully and paid for expedited shipping for both myself and the other user to get the correct dolls en route to the correct houses.

Despite the delay my doll arrived safe and sound, exactly as described, and very thoughtfully packaged. Overall I am very satisfied with how this transaction went and I would happily do business with Littlebirdzoom again.
