  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. I'd never do buisness with her again and i recommend other buyers don't. If anything goes wrong, it's not lukasagitta that you'll be dealing with, it's her rude pushy mother.

      She bought a doll from me that apparently arrived with damage. two of the fingers were broke and glued back on again. I had never noticed this in my care and can't be sure as to whether or not she broke the fingers in order to claim a refund. We came to an arrangment anyway, that as i was struggling at the time, she would be refunded for the cost of the doll and would ship it back at her own expense. When she recieved her refund she refused to ship the doll back, telling me i'd get my doll once i'd paid for shipping. She is a liar and a blackmailer. It was getting to the point where i would have to get the police involved to retrieve my doll and i informed her of this. I caught a lucky break when my cousin in america paid the shipping to him and i was almost able to forget the trouble she put me through. The doll was then sold OFF Doa by my cousin to a new buyer and at that point i found comments in my dead sales thread from lukasagitta telling me i couldn't sell my doll on doa because of the in posession rule and to take my sale elsewhere. Thankfully a mod removed these harassing comments. At the time she had left these comments, the doll was not in her possession and she was already aware that the doll had sold, yet she still asked me for proof that the doll had sold off DOA despite it having NOTHING to do with her.

      She's more trouble than what is worth and i would never do buisness with her again.

    2. ...Whoa, did not realize this was posted. So, here's a quick little reply:

      My mother is neither rude nor pushy. She had gotten the doll body as a present for me and was very upset when it arrived damaged.

      I resent your baseless accusation. I'm still looking for a NS Souldouble body (once I get money now, darnit Soom), an undamaged one, and I lost $60 from this transaction. There is absolutely no reason why I would break the fingers, glue them back on, and ask for a refund. I received a partial refund, losing $60, and didn't want to lose any more. As soon as you gave me the money, I shipped the doll with insurance (and didn't even get paid fully for that). You threatened to call the police the day I said I would ship the doll as soon as shipping was paid for. When I first mentioned the in-possession rule to you, which was the sole reason why I wouldn't ship the doll to the next buyer, you gave zero indication of it being off-site until later on. I saw the sales thread, which was dated before we rediscovered the in-possession rule. So I reminded you of it in the thread and said it would probably be best to sell the body elsewhere or have your cousin sell it

      You responded to my feedback, I responded to yours. The end.

    3. Kay guys, I suck at feedback. 8D But. I did some aesthetic work for Luka (blushing her Soom Beyla's hooves/tail, and a unicorn horn that she had custom-made), and I never left feedback, but she was a great customer. Patient, and she was able to communicate to me just what she wanted.

      I'm actually here, though, to drop feedback on a more recent transaction ("orz i'm bad) of ours. She bought a few items of clothing, and commissioned an outfit, and our transaction went off seamlessly. I look forward to doing business with Luka again.

    4. lukasagitta was a participant in my Iplehouse GO and she was very very nice to work with. All communication was friendly and all payments were prompt. I wouldn't hesitate to have her be a part of any GO or split. Thank you so much!

    5. i did a split with lukasagitta for a Soom female event doll..... it couldn't have gone any smoother. never a problem from beginning to end..... she did exactly as she promised. the doll arrived safely...... great and trusted split partner..... i would do it again.

    6. I bought a Migidoll Cho head in NS from lukasagitta and she was very pleasant, and shipped the head promptly. She was uprfront about the head and its flaws and I had no problems paying for or receiving it. I would do business with her again!

    9. I bought an Iplehouse Chase EID white body from lukasagitta. She was always great in communicating with me. Answered all my questions and was very willing to provide pictures of the body and she was always very nice and friendly. The body shipped when she said it would be. An issue came up when the body arrived, but Luka was very professional in taking care of it and providing great customer service. She went beyond what was expected to make things right. I'm very pleased with her as a seller and I would deal with her again.
