Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. I purchased a black wig from LunchBreakPluto and it was as described. Beautiful! The only thing that was a bit strange is I paid for the item on April 4th and then asked if the item had been shipped on April 12th cause it was taking a long time to get here. I was told it was on it's way to me. I got it today, April 17th and it was postmarked on April 15th.. so it wasn't really on it's way to me on the 12th I suppose? That's the only thing a bit odd. I wouldn't have minded if I knew it would take a bit longer to get to me if I had been told when it was really shipped (assuming it WAS the 15th it was shipped). I'm patient. :)

    5. Sadly I am currently having a really bad experience, thought everything would go smoothly reading all the good feedbacks...

      I bought a beautiful DOT head Sha from lunch break pluto, I have made my payment on june 12th evening, and got a confirmation the same night that she has received the payment and that she was preparing the package to be mailed.
      Recently found out through the tracking number she gave me just a few days ago that the package has been registered at the post office on the 22nd!
      Not to be picky, but I expect a 2-3 days delay for preparing a package, not 9 days...especially that I had no warning , no pm, thinking the package was dispatched a long time ago.
      Now I still haven't received anything, we are July 1st, it's been almost 3 weeks that I maid my payment, and no I don't live in the north pole, but in Montreal which is extremely close.

      Hate putting bad reviews, but this one has been especially irritating, knowing that I took an appointment for a face-up and had to cancel :doh

I have to update this review, however it seems i can't edit it anymore, so I'll post a second part, I received the dolly head, and it was nicely bubble wrapped and the head was intact, the doll is even prettier in real than in pictures, and his faceup is lovely, so I decided to keep it the way it is :fangirl: Although this experience was frustrating at first I must stress on the fact that lunch break pluto stayed in touch, went to ask at the post office why the tracking number wasn't updating, and gave me all the options possible to ease the shipment delay.
