Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     4. I commissioned Lynsey to do a faceup on my IH Justin. The experience was fantastic from beginning to end! Perfect communication, friendly and extremely easy to deal with. And when I asked for something she hadn't done prior, not only did she willingly attempt it, the end result was far beyond anything I could hope for! For that alone (not taking into account how beautiful and utterly perfect the faceup is), I would highly recommend commissioning her. And the head was sent back well-packaged and incredibly secure. I will definitely commission Lynsey again and will heartily recommend others to do so. Thank you so much once again!

    5. I commissioned Lynsey to do a faceup on my Dollshe Ausley Love. I had a wonderful experience with her service! She has excellent communication and the turnaround time is amazing! I gave her some details about what I wanted in terms of faceup theme and she did the most perfect job! My girl looks amazing in person and in photos. The head was sent back very promptly and very securely packaged, even with a cute little sticker on the box (I love stickers)!     14. NEGATIVE feedback here.

      Her face-ups are beautiful, but:
      - She's unable to stick to deadlines she agreed to
      - She doesn't message us to tell us there's a delay, we have to pester her for information, before we get an answer.
      - It is impossible to do business like this.

      For our joined project, FreaksStyle and Raouken asked Lynsey to do a face-up for our Poppedijn. Since we are using this doll for a contest, giving us loads of exposure, it was crucial the head would be sent back on June 7th at the latest. We told Lynsey we'd prefer them to be back sooner, since we had to take pictures of the entire fullset doll. Lynsey said she'd be able to get the heads painted in time, and we headed off.

      On June 7th, day of the deadline, we finally received the pictures of the painted heads. Cutting it very close, yeah, but if we paid right away, we were sure she'd still be able to ship the heads in time. Instead, we received a message a WEEK later, telling us that she'd ship the box on the 13th. So we waited. And waited. No box. Spend the past week trying to contact her to give us a trace code so we could see what was going on. No response, until today. Turns out she DIDN't sent the package out on the 13th, but TEN DAYS LATER. It's impossible for us to get the fullset ready for the contest now, robbing us of a great opportunity to get our brand out there.

      Her work is lovely, but this entirely unprofessional way of dealing with customers is unacceptable for a service or shop.

    15. With regards to Fredericke's negative feedback:

      Unfortunately I can only confirm what Fredericke has said. I was set strict timescales for their commission and on this occasion, I did not meet them which caused issues for their doll projects they had planned. Situations like these are incredibly rare for my customers, but it can happen for whatever reason and I appreciate this can be incredibly frustrating. I was given free range over the majority of the faceups, but I did find Fredericke's requests a little ambiguous, and that did contribute somewhat to the delay as I had trouble deciding on a design.
      However, I accept this is not an excuse for not adhering to the time restraints given to me, and I can only apologize to Fredericke for that. This is not a reflection of my usual service, and whilst I accept all mixed feedback, I'd like future (and returning) commissioners to note the positive feedback I've gratefully recieved over the years I've been offering BJD aesthetics.

      If anyone has any questions regarding this negative transcation, or any other questions. I'd be happy to answer them.

Both were exactly as I requested, completely gorgeous in person as well as photos, and communication was good throughout. They were well packaged when they were returned to me, and overall I couldn't be happier. I have commissioned Lynsey before now, and have no doubt I will do so again in the future.     20. A bit ago I commissioned Lynsey to paint a couple of my dolls and they did a fantastic job on them, honestly they turned out better than I was hoping for! They were professional and timely with communication and with the actual faceups too, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or hope to commission them again :) Thank you so much!!
