Malvina is a adorable, helpful and very trustworthy seller. I have bought a Fairyland ShuShu Head in BW from her, including one pair of eye balls. The communication was very pleasant and constant. She helped me out with all of my questions and made an exception, so i could make a payment by installments. The Shipping was very quick and she has retransferred the shipping costs because it was less then expected. She wrapped the item very well and the little head arrived safely.
