  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. I know she is banned on here, but I opened a paypal dispute with her today. It has been a little over two months since I bought some clothes from her, and she gave me the runaround just like Shin-zo has done with her customers. This is bullcrap.

    3. I also know Marluxia is banned, but I wanted to provide my own feedback because it seems relevant.

      I commissioned two Organization XIII cosplay coats for SD-sized dolls from Marluxia. I paid for the coats on August 20, and finally received them just today. Part of the problem was on my end--there was an issue with my Paypal, so the final payment did take a couple of weeks to get straightened out. However, it was well over three weeks after the payment was settled before Marluxia shipped the coats (after claiming she would quite a few times before that).

      In the end, though, I did receive the coats today, and they're in great shape. I love them and they are very well-made.

    4. I see that this member is banned but I'll leave my feedback anyways. I bought three shirts from Marluxia. They never arrived and it's been three months...yikes.

    5. Just an update, after I filed the dispute on Paypal, Marluxia emailed me. She told me that because she was banned (unknown reason), she had no access to her PMs, so she couldn't contact buyers and whatnot. I told her I want my items. She said she'd send them, so I emailed her my address again and haven't heard anything since. It's been about a week.

Hi everyone...maybe someone can help me get in contact with her...I bought a cheish doll head from Marluxia months ago on layaway, finished paying about 2 months ago and have not received it yet. Now I see shes banned. Does anyone actually have her email address? I would really like my head...

    7. Sent her an email on 10/30 asking for an update. I have received no response as of today, 11/9.

      If anyone else wants her email address, it's the same one as her paypal. Open a dispute on there, that'll get her attention. If you need it again, here you go: [email protected]
