I had an amazing transaction for a Volks MSD Nagisa in Preschool doll with Milkytea. Her communication was excellent-- she even linked me to the Volks site on to how to put together the doll-- and she was lovely enough to unstring the doll and ship it to me that way. The doll was expertly packaged too, each piece was padded and wrapped and the pieces labeled. She is polite and friendly, and I would 100% recommend her to purchase anything from.
