Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. What did you order?
      One pair of jeans that she no longer sells on her site so I don't know the exact code.

      When did you order?
      The very beginning of May 2007

      How was the communication?
      Great... when she wanted us to get her more money.

      How easy was it to pay?
      Payment was definitely not the issue. Mio makes it incredibly easy for you to give her money.

      How long did it take to ship?
      I'm still waiting.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      I wouldn't know, I still have yet to recieve my item.

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Exactly... which is the problem.

      Were you satisfied with the product?
      Absolutely not. After waiting well over three months for a single pair of pants ordered in a very small group order, they were exactly what I didn't ask for. Amanohara who ran the group order spoke with Mio when the order was placed. She told Mio which pair of pants I wanted and ASKED HER if she was able to do them without the skull stamps on the back pockets, and in a size that would fit my Limho boy. We even offered to take measurements if I remember correctly.

      After over three months the pants arrived with skulls on the back pockets and made to fit an Unoa boy... and not made to fit him well either. The back was frumpy and looked like it belonged on a girl doll as they would have much more of a (pardon my language) ass on them.

      If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      Who knows if Mio's actually solved the problem yet. She told Amanohara how sorry she was and then asked us to sell the pants for her and THEN she would make us a new pair. She also kindly offered to let us add anything we wanted to the order (as if I'm freaking ordering from her again -.-) and she would get to our order right away. Amanohara sold the pants for us and added a couple items on to the order for her new Unoss girl. Apparently we're finally on her "next shipping" list but I have limited faith in these pants being what we want at all... never mind that I've now been waiting six months for one stinking pair of pants.

      Lots of different things over the past two years! I have tons of jeans, shirts, jackets, skirts, leggings, sweaters, vests, and more. :D

      When did you order?
      I've ordered from her on five different occassions.

      How was the communication?
      Wonderful, she's always been really helpful and has even made clothes to custom fit my dolls.

      How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy

      How long did it take to ship?
      Some took 2 weeks, others took 2 months. Either way, I don't mind, it's only her and the clothes are made like no other clothing on the market - very realistic and well made. PLUS, I always order with the expectation that the clothing will take a while to produce.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Definately, my only complaint would be the cost of shipping.

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes, actually, even better

      Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes, yes, yes. She will always be my favorite designer, in fact, my dolls only wear Mio clothing.

I placed an order with Mio and sent payment on November 4th and have received no communication back from her as well. :( Please don't get me wrong, I understand that these clothes are meticulously handmade, however from her postings on her site, it has made me a bit nervous in regards to my order. I placed a large order, for 5-pieces, for my Musedoll Ciel. It's just too much money for me to sit idly by with absolutely zero communication from this seller.

      Beginning of November, payment was sent 11/4

      How was the communication?
      I received numerous emails the very day I placed the order, but once payment was sent, I have not heard anything back from her. I've sent numerous emails to confirm payment, to check on status, and have heard nothing back.

      How easy was it to pay?
      Payment was very easy. I've been waiting a while for the right outfit to order from Mio, as I am a huge fan of her work.

      How long did it take to ship?
      From her website updates, I do not see my order as shipped, nor do I see it as the next to be shipped or any in process notification.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Haven't received it yet, but I'm sure it is.

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      See above.

      Were you satisfied with the product?
      I haven't received it, but I'm sure I would be more than ecstatic with the quality.

      If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      I have filed a dispute with Paypal in a desperate attempt to get communication from this seller, and I hope this ends up okay as I do love her work. But as I stated before, this was too much money for me to stand by without having the seller respond to emails or even on her website.

      sleep_pattern - as my issue is no where near the severity of yours, I hope you get your item or money back soon!

    4. BUMPING UP... Let's please hear from more people who have ordered in the past from Mio or are waiting for a order right now.

      I started ordering from Mio last year. Her style and quality of her clothing is GREAT.
      But her communication needs a lot of work. Mio is more than happy to communicate when she wants to be paid. After she has been paid she stops communication.

      My first order with Mio took 4 months to receive. (8 items)

      Second order took 3 1/2 months to recieve. (10 items)

      Third order took 3 months to receive. (17 items)

      There was no communication from Mio while waiting for these three orders. Mio did not answer any questions on her message board until after the orders were ready for shipping.

      Mio also says she is going to ship and does not ship on that date.

      Hopefully things will change and Mio will take the time to let everyone who has placed a order know what is going on with their order in the future.

      In may 2008 i think.. not exactly positive on the month~

      How was the communication?
      Good. Though i didnt really have a need to communicate much~
      I had asked question about the fitting after i got them, and she answered quickly~

      Very, xD no problem at all~

      How long did it take to ship?
      Not very long at all, but i cant remember exactly.
      Less than a month tho i think.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      I would think so.
      Though i cant really compare it to anything else.

      yup! just like it =w= heck, possibly even better~ <3
