It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. I purchased a 2015 A-line Minifee muscular boy body circa 2015 from Mittzle and the transaction was smooth and positive! They shipped immediately upon payment and answered my questions about the body politely, and promptly. They also provided me tracking very quickly as well! The body arrived as described with the COA, box, and booklet. Definitely a positive experience and I'd be glad to purchase from them again. :)

    4. Mittzle purchased a modded Doll chateau Clara head from me, and everything went just fine! There was a bit of a hiccup with the tracking number, but the head still arrived safely and Mittzle was patient as I attempted to figure out what happened. Would happily work with again!

    6. Participated in a group order for MSD cat ears and wings and everything went super smoothly and we got them much faster then expected with the pandemic and all. Mittzle was very good about communicating with us whenever we asked for an update or info was needed ^_^ ❤️❤️❤️

    7. I participated in a GO for some MSD wings (and ears, but I didn't order those). Everything went very smoothly and we were able to get our orders much faster than we would have if we had ordered alone. Mittzle had great communication, and organized everything well. The only snag we hit was that the PayPal payment for the order got flagged for a day or two, but that's not a reflection on anyone in the GO, that's just how PayPal is sometimes. The wings that I ordered arrived in great condition, and shipped very quickly once they arrived in the US.

    8. I recently bought a DZ LuoLuo from Mittzle and I could not be more pleased. She was always quick to respond and was a joy to talk to! Her tail was forgotten initially, but she immediately told me and sent it right over to me (I really don't blame her LuoLuo's tail is v small TvT) I would definitely work with her again

    9. I recently purchased a Hiusdoll Sirin from Mittzle. Communication was great, and Mittzle was patient while I got my finances in order to be able to pay in full. Sirin was dispatched promptly and arrived securely packaged, with all her extra faceplates/parts as promised. Her CoA was unfortunately missing when she arrived, but Mizzle has been swift to resolve and has arranged for Hiusdoll to issue me a new CoA at her own expense (currently on the way). Overall I’m very happy and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mittzle as a reliable seller :D.
