Service:
I purchased a slot for a face up from momochu.

Communication:
Excellent. She was very patient with me, listened to me, and always replied in a timely (friendly) manner. She worked with me even though I do not have a lot of feedback on DoA and even accommodated my unique time slot requirement at that time. If I had any doubts I was always able to clear them with her.

Work:
The work is absolutely flawless and stunning. I was amazed at the level of detail she put in the face up. Even though she worked on a few heads before mine [which were ahead of me] she was able to remember EXACTLY what I had asked for and delivered my vision 100%.

Price:
I'm honestly surprised her gorgeous face ups do no cost more. Absolutely excellent price!

Shipping:
Super, super, super fast. She was able to ship out quickly after completion. The doll head was very securely wrapped. I was really satisfied with how safely and wonderfully she packaged my doll for her return. And the face up came without a scratch.

Overall:
Extremely satisfied. Would definitely commission her again. She was a pleasure to work with.

I commissioned momochu for a face up. She did an awesome job, but my doll head came with black dots at the corner of the lips. I did not mention those on the order form and the pictures of references I showed didn't have lip corner black dots, so I assumed my head wouldn't have gotten them. Fortunately, I was able to remove them and leave the rest of the face up still intact . I think a suggestion if at all, would be to put an option on the order form about the lip corner dots? Otherwise, momochu did an awesome job! Good communication and prompt shipping. Thanks!
