Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     4. total waste of time&money

      committed to buy then flake out sayings there's a gap between our communication

      we're in a different timezone and i have to get up at night to reply ur emails between 12-6am

      i had to pay for the taxi to go to the post office to check for the shipping from me to you, and its really far from my house

      its not a nice thing to do. you should at least apologise for the time and money i wasted over nothing.

    5. another perfect transaction with mrs.collins :) i purchased an extremely hard to get item from mrs.collins . she is an extremely adept overseas buying agent, i would never have been able to get this item with out her. i could not be happier and i would not hesitate to engage her services again.

    6. Hi Teema, We tried for over 1 week to work with you to buy this doll stating from the onset that you would be paid in full immediately. Even willing to handle the unusual situation of being told that the doll would not ship until the money was withdrawn from paypal and showed up in your bank account. ( believe you said you did not have the money to ship her in your checking account at that particular bank) Postage rates can be checked on line.Responses were sketchy at best and when we just couldn't seem to get on the same page I indicated that it seemed that you didn't want to sell the doll and that I best pass and get her elsewhere.

      We wanted to buy this doll in good faith from you despite our distance. It's not very nice to post the commentary you have stated here. Sorry you are upset but when I am spending $500. fluidity in communication is important to us.

      Buying and selling to your part of the world constantly, never had a communication gap be an issue.

      Honestly, we tried to be very kind and sweet (and patient) to you as we are with everyone. I am sorry that you feel otherwise. Best wishes to youon selling your sweet girl.

    9. mrscollins bought most of my Soom Ai during a split that Snow organized. While there was some confusion at some point she was fast to communicate and we were able to understand each other really fast and everything went smoothly from there.
