  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     13. I had planned to do a layaway for MVIII for a Volks Luna who cost alot, but I was willing to buy her despite her pricing because I had fallen in love with this doll. Both she and I planned this whole transaction out over the course of about a week. I put had implaced a layaway with her and given her a deposit. Only to have that deposit refunded. And for her to tell me she no longer wants to sell the doll which of course I believe we have all felt. But usually we dont sell in that case before accepting layaways.

      I only hope in the future that she will make sure shes ready to let a doll go before she does a layaway. Because a person who does a layaway is a person who is commited into bringing home another doll into his/her family.

      Im not pleased with this transaction at all as I was so ready to bring home this doll. I had planned how I was coming up with the money. I had planned what wigs, eyes and clothing I would purchase for her. She was my dreams. And I suppose for MVIII as well. So I just hope that next time MVIII will think really think before selling. Because a person is left having to deal with not being able to bring home a doll of their dreams as well.

    14. I’d like to clear out some things from PakouChan’s post which deserve to be corrected or explained, giving my side of the story.

      The discussion of the layaway lasted 3 days.
      At one point I was unable to answer for a day and I received 5 confusing messages from Pakou, which should’ve raised red flags for me, but I went ahead since she insisted so much on the doll.
      Over the discussion of the layaway Pakou wanted to just send money whenever she wanted, I had to insist on making a layaway plan because that’s just not the way I deal with layaways. Pakou’s income to pay for the layaway seemed uncertain, she didn’t know when exactly she’d be able to pay off the layaway- she just knew it was to be paid within the three months I gave for layaway time, which again raised a red flag since this did not seem like a good idea because emergencies DO happen.

      This matter has been resolved.
      I decided to cancel the layaway.
      I gave her a refund for her $100 dollar deposit within 48 hours of her paying it after pondering about these issues and I decided to not sell the doll.

      I do accept the flake feedback for backing out of a transaction.
