I just bought a Soom Hyperon from Nancy. She was wonderful from start to finish. Very communicative and kind. And the packing job she did! I am not kidding when I say that I have never seen anything packed so well. I asked for Hyperon to be shipped unstrung. She took the time to label each piece of bubble wrap (left calf, right elbow, etc) so I would have no trouble getting him together! And the box was extremely well arranged with not just bubble wrap but foam bits to pad out every bit of extra space. USPS seems to have treated the box a bit roughly, but it didn't matter because the doll was so carefully wrapped. Thank you so much, Nancy!

 

I purchased a Soom ID51 Hyperon from Nancy and it was a great transaction from start to finish. He was very well packaged/wrapped for his trip across the border and was exactly as pictured in the photos. She responded promptly to messages, was polite and pleasant throughout and shipped him quickly and when she said she would. I'd be happy to do business with her again.
