It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. Naomicamlux bought my DC Alberta in peach skin.
      She was really very nice and I can't say something bad about the contact with her. Paying was very quick. I wish every buyer was like Naomi. 5 of 5 stars :)
      In corona times the shipping time was really a challenge. So long....
      But finally all was good and Alberta arrived. And I love what she makes with Alberta ♡

    3. Face Up service — Positive feedback!

      Since Naomicamlux opened Faceup commission I didn’t think even a minute. I love her art and her dolls, which she doing faceups by herself. Always friendly and helpful communication, if there are some doubts, she will help. Paint job is amazing. I will definitely send my dolls to Naomi again and highly recommend her service. :)

    4. Face Up Service - Amazing!

      Naomicamlux did the face up for my Shoushou Niko and did an amazing job on the 'anime style' face up. She was very patient with my little worries and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Shipping will take a while with the world currently imploding, but it was 100% worth the wait. I have a couple of dolls coming in the future who'll need a face up, and I wouldn't think twice about commissioning her again if she's willing.

    5. Oops I forgot to leave a feedback for Naomi!! I won a faceup lottery from her and I sent my soom onyx to her. The mail took longer than expected (My country's problem sigh) but Naomi constantly reassured me. Once she got it, she ofted updated me and sent me many photos. From removal of faceup to putting the faceup it self. It was pure artistry. I was pleasantly surprised at how different each step is and my onyx looks perfect. Thank you for giving my onyx another face :D She's beautiful. I received my doll head on 28 August 2023 :D
