Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. This is a feedback thread for neo-ragdolls -- I couldn't find a feedback thread for her, so it's my pleasure to start one. :)

      It was my privilege to be the first to purchase one of neo-ragdolls' gorgeous steampunk top hats, and I'm happy to say that she was lovely to deal with throughout the entire transaction. She went above and beyond the call to make sure that the hat and accompanying eyepatch were matched and looking their best, asking lots of questions and taking lots of photos during the creative process -- she even threw in a second eyepatch for free. The hat was meticulously and carefully packed with care instructions included on a cute little hand-drawn card, and her communication was always prompt and friendly.

      Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with this transaction -- the hat itself is amazingly lovely, and I definitely wouldn't hesitate to do business with neo-ragdolls in the future!

    2. :DI just purchased a steampunk hat from neo-ragdolls and am so thrilled with the quality, workmanship, communication, etc. She was just wonderful to work with in design, sending photos of her stock, and all aspects of the transaction. This was my first purchase through the DOA Marketplace and she was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended for her work. Thanks so much neo-ragdolls!

    3. Just got the steam-punk top hat I purchased from neo-ragdolls. It's absolutely beautiful and I adore it! ^_^ There was excellent communication through out the entire transaction and she was amazing and providing updates and pictures of her materials and progress with my commission.

      She had some things come up while working on it and got a little behind of when she expected she would finish the had, but she kept me posted on what was going on the entire time and threw in a couple scarves and a few other small things for free to make up for the difference, including a cute hand drawn card, as mentioned before. Her hats also come with a guarantee that if anything goes wrong she will fix it for free, which is really nice, especially for the price.

      Overall, it was a very smooth, very nice transaction and I would definately buy from her again and recommend her to all of my friends. I can't wait to show off my boy's new hat! ^_^
